Photoshop Introduction..

We learnt how to use Photoshop on Mac. Firstly, we was shown how to fill in  the background color of the page we were about to use. Then we created a text box where we learnt a quick way of scrolling through the fonts. After, we added image silhouettes of our choice. Cropping was another straight-forward tool that we learnt how to use. Apart from these simple techniques, we also explored unique features such as transposing an image into another. This was done with an Elliptical Marquee tool by highlighting a specific section of an image and moving it into another. Part of this task was to use the Magic Wand tool which allowed us to get rid of an unwanted background in an image so that we could blend it into another, making it appear realistic. Another Photoshop tool that we used, was the Gradient tool which mixed a variety of colors to make an outstanding background.
